How to brew Shu Puer Bing Cha "Golden":
Gongfu method:
- 5–6 g per 100 ml of gaiwan
- Rinse with the first flush (2–3 seconds)
- Brew at a temperature of 95–100°C, in short bursts (10–15 seconds)
- Up to 10–12 brews
European method:
- 1 tsp per 350 ml
- Infuse for 3–5 min at 95°C
- Re-brew 2–3 times
