Shu Puer "Kunming" is a pressed briquette weighing 250 grams, made at the Xin Wen factory (Yunde County, Yunnan Province) from raw materials from 2011. Small huntin leaves were used for production, which gives the tea a refined, rich flavor profile.
This pu-erh is perfect for everyday use: it has a deep aroma of dried fruits and rye bread, a rich taste with notes of walnut, dried berries, spices and a slight sourness. The infusion is dark ruby in color, dense and transparent. The aftertaste is velvety, soft, with a delicate tartness.

European method:
- 1 hour l. on 350 ml of water
- Pour water 95–100°C
- Infuse for 3–5 minutes
- Brew 2–3 times
