How to brew To Cha?

Gongfu method:

1. Break off 5–6 g from the top
2. Rinse with hot water (2–3 seconds)
3. Brew at 95–100°C in 10–20 second bursts.
4. Up to 10–12 brews

European method:

1. 1 tsp per 350 ml
2. Infuse for 3–5 min at 95°C
3. Re-brew up to 2–3 times
