Yes, it is possible. You can pick up your order yourself at the delivery points listed on the Contacts page.
Several delivery options are provided:
- Nova Poshta - to the branch or by courier
- Ukrposhta - to the branch
- Rozetka - to the branch
- Meest - to the branch
You can return or exchange the product if:
- the product has not been used and does not have any signs of use by the consumer: scratches, chips, abrasions, stains, etc.;
- the product arrived defective, damaged or incomplete;
- the product is fully complete and the factory packaging is preserved;
- all labels and factory markings are preserved;
- the product retains its commercial appearance and consumer properties.
According to the Law "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the company may refuse the consumer the exchange and return of goods of proper quality if they belong to the categories specified in the current List of non-food goods of proper quality that are not subject to return and exchange.
