Emei Xue Ya (Snow Bud) Green Tea
Emei Xue Ya (Snow Bud) Green Tea is a delicate tea from Mount Emei, Sichuan. It has a floral-herbal flavor, a light nutty note, a clear infusion, and a rich antioxidant composition. A symbol of spring purity.
Emei Xue Ya (峨眉雪芽), or Emei Snow Bud, is a rare, premium green tea grown on the famous Mount Emei in Sichuan Province. The tea is harvested very early in the spring, when the first tender buds appear, covered in a fine silvery fluff resembling snow frost - hence the name "Snow Bud".
The taste of Emei Xue Ya is refined, delicate, with light floral and herbal nuances, a soft nuttiness and a long sweet aftertaste. The aroma is fresh, spring-like, with hints of wildflowers and green shoots. The infusion is transparent green, light, refreshing.
