How to brew Rong Kuang green tea:

Chinese method (gongfu cha):

1. Take 4–5 g per 100–120 ml of gaiwan or small teapot.
2. Water temperature is 80–85°C.
3. The first flush (3–5 seconds) is a flush, not a drink.
4. Brew in short bursts of 10–20 seconds. Makes 5–7 bursts.

European method:

1. Take 3–4 g per 250 ml of water.
2. Temperature - 80–85°C.
3. Brew for 2–3 minutes.
4. Can be brewed 2–3 times.
