Shu Puer Wild

Shu Puer Wild is an aged black puer (shu) from wild tea trees, harvested in Yunnan Province. Thanks to the raw materials from wild trees, this tea has a deep, earthy, chocolatey flavor with notes of bark, dried fruit and a sweet aftertaste.

The tea is distinguished by a thick, rich infusion of dark ruby color, a warming aroma and a mild character. It is chosen for meditative teas, slow tea drinking or as a wonderful accompaniment to desserts.

How to brew Shu Puer Wild:

Chinese method (gongfu cha):

1. Take 5–6 g per 100–120 ml of gaiwan or small teapot.
2. Water temperature is 100°C.
3. The first spill (5 seconds) is a flush, not a drink.
4. Brew in short bursts of 10–30 seconds. Makes 7–10 bursts.

European method:

1. Take 4–5 g per 250 ml of water.
2. Temperature is 100°C.
3. Brew for 3–5 minutes.
4. Can be brewed 2–3 times.
