Turkish black tea - what is the secret of its brewing?
Proven fact: Turkish black tea is popular all over the world, including in Ukraine. Although its quality cannot be compared with elite Chinese large-leaf varieties. And yet it is actively consumed, especially by connoisseurs of traditional black teas.

How to brew Turkish black tea in a Turkish way?

Fill the lower part of the container with water to the top, put it on the fire. Pour 2 tablespoons of dry raw materials into the upper part (you can with a slide). When the water boils at the bottom, the heated tea begins to show its aroma.
The water has boiled - you need to pour the tea leaves with ordinary water so that it is completely wet (up to the spout hole). Put both kettles on the fire: in the lower one, the water boils, in the upper one, the tea is brewed, heated by steam. The lid must be closed.
When the water boils at the bottom, reduce the heat to low. Boil in this mode for at least 15 minutes.
How to know if the drink is ready? Open the lid: if the teapots have sunk to the bottom, the tea can be poured into cups. If they are on the surface, boil until ready.
Properly brewed Turkish tea is strong, aromatic, bitter, with a beautiful transparent infusion of a rich red-brown color. In Turkey, black tea is always drunk with sugar, but without adding any ingredients (milk, honey, lemon...)
Turkish black tea is excellent for invigorating and toning. Its effect is comparable to coffee.
