Shen Pu'er Grade "A" is a classic green pu'er weighing 357g, created in 2012 in Pu'er City, Yunnan Province. The "A" mark on the label indicates the high quality of selected raw materials - medium-grade tea buds and leaves, which have acquired a deep, balanced flavor after 12 years of aging.
This pancake is pressed using the classic Qi Zi Bing Cha (七子饼茶) - "Seven Sons" technology, which has been used for more than a century for pu-erhs intended for storage. The taste has already stabilized: the initial bitterness has changed to a rounded softness with light mineral, woody and honey notes.
The infusion is light amber, transparent. The taste is woody-camphoraceous, with a hint of dried fruits, honey, herbs. The aftertaste is long, soft, with a slight sweetness. The tea is ideal for both daily leisurely tea drinking and long-term storage.
