Shu Pu'er 2001, pancake 357 g from CNNP - an aged dark tea with a deep, smooth taste and mature character. Ideal for slow tea drinking and collection. Buy with delivery in Ukraine.
The 2001 Shu Pu'er from CNNP is a unique pancake weighing 357 grams, which embodies the classic style of dark pu'er production of the early 2000s. CNNP (China National Native Produce Corporation) is one of the oldest state structures in China, which controlled the export of pu'er and set quality standards for factories in Menghai, Kunmin, Xiaguan, etc.
This pancake was created in 2001 from mature medium-leaf raw materials, and over 20 years it has acquired softness, depth and a stable, harmonious taste. The aging has made this tea noble, velvety and extremely pleasant for daily or meditative tea drinking.
The infusion is dark, transparent, with a glossy tint. The taste is deep, earthy-chocolate, with notes of old wood, leather, bread, malt. The aftertaste is warm, balanced, long-lasting. The aroma is “mature”, with notes of a cellar, a drawer, damp wood - a characteristic feature of well-stored Shu Pu’er.
