Recommended brewing:

Gongfu Cha Method:

1. 5–6 g per 100 ml
2. Rinse with the first flush for 2–3 seconds
3. Water temperature: 95–100°C
4. Short pours: 10–15 sec, up to 10 brews

European method:

1. 1 hour l. on 350 ml of water
2. Infuse for 3–5 minutes
3. Brew 2–3 times
