Shu Pu'er "Yinxiang Yunnan" (Yìnxiàng Yúnnán) is a refined dark tea weighing 100 grams, created to convey the typical, deep taste of Yunnan. The name of the tea translates as "Impression of Yunnan" and symbolizes the combination of noble raw materials, traditional technologies and a refined taste balance.
This pu-erh is made from pure raw materials from old trees (古树纯料) growing in the Yunnan highlands. Such trees have a powerful root system and produce richer, more structured leaves. Stone pressing (石磨压制) is a gentle method that preserves the structure of the tea leaf and is suitable for long-term aging. The leaves are hand-rolled (手添条索), which guarantees delicacy and premium quality.
The infusion is thick, dark, amber. The taste is deep, earthy, with notes of dry wood, cocoa, bread, stone and light spice. The aroma is mature, noble, calm. The aftertaste is velvety, with a honey-chocolate base.
