Shu Puer with cherry

Shu Pu'er with Cherry is a flavored dark tea created on the basis of classic fermented Pu'er, to which dried cherries and candied fruits are added. This blend has a sweet and sour, rich taste with the characteristic depth of Pu'er and fruity top notes. The tea not only warms, but also gives a pleasant dessert mood.

The infusion is a deep cognac color. The taste is soft, earthy-cherry, with a slight sourness and sweetness of candied fruits. The aroma is fruity-berry, warm, with notes of caramel and baked berries. The tea goes well with desserts, cheeses or as an independent drink for an evening rest.

Composition:

• Shu Puer (fully fermented tea)

How to brew:

European method:

1. 1 tsp of the mixture per 300–350 ml of water
2. Temperature — 95°C
3. Infuse for 3–5 minutes
4. Can be re-brewed 1–2 times

Gongfu method:

1. 5–6 g per 100 ml of gaiwan
2. Rinse with the first flush (2 sec)
3. Brew in short bursts of 10–15 seconds.
4. Up to 6–8 streams
