Shu Puer "Gong Tin Puer" 宮廷普洱 is a premium dark tea in the shape of a pancake weighing 357 grams, produced by the famous Yunnan factory Yi Heng Xiang Tea Industry (易恒祥茶業). The name "Gong Tin" means "Palace Puer" - that is, the finest, elite grade, created from delicate leaves and golden buds.
This variety of shu pu-erh has a particularly soft, velvety taste, with depth, stability and a noble aroma. Its characteristically thin leaf profile makes the drink very clean, even after a long infusion.
The infusion is a rich cognac color, transparent. The taste is soft, silky, with notes of wood, nuts, dried fruits and light chocolate. The aftertaste is sweet, long, without bitterness. An ideal option for tea drinking at any time of the day.
