Oolong Gaba Dong Fan Mei Ren (Oriental Beauty) from Master Hao

Dong Fan Mei Ren (東方美人茶) is one of Taiwan's most famous oolongs, recognized worldwide for its delicate fruity-honey flavor. Taste and aroma

How to brew?

Gongfu Cha (Chinese method):

1. 4–5 g per 100–120 ml
2. Temperature — 90–95°C
3. Rinse with hot water (1st flush 2–3 seconds)
4. Brew in short bursts of 10–25 seconds.
5. Up to 6–8 streams

European method:

1. 1–1.5 h. l. for 300–350 ml
2. Infuse for 2–3 minutes at a temperature of 90°C
3. Brew 2–3 times
