How to brew Shui Xiang oolong?
Gongfu Cha Method:
- 5–7 g of tea per 100 ml of gaiwan or teapot
- Quick rinse with boiling water (2 seconds)
- Water temperature — 95–98°C
- First flush — 10 seconds, then gradually increase
- Up to 7–8 brews
European method:
- 1 tsp. tea per 300 ml of water
- Temperature — 95–98°C
- Infusion time — 2–3 minutes
- Can be brewed 2–3 times
