Shu Puer Gong Tin (Imperial, Palace)
Shu Puer Gong Ting (宫廷熟普洱) is an elite dark Chinese tea made from the smallest and most delicate leaves - the "palace" grade (Gong Ting). Due to the aging and fine raw materials, this puer has a very mild taste, without bitterness, with notes of dried fruits, nuts, wood and dark chocolate.

How to brew Shu Puer Gong Tin:
Chinese method (gongfu cha):
- Take 5–6 g of tea per 100–120 ml of gaiwan or teapot.
- Fill with water at 100°C. First brew - rinse (2–3 seconds).
- Brew in short bursts of 10–25 seconds. Lasts up to 8–10 brews.
European method:
- Take 4–5 g of tea per 250 ml of water.
- Temperature is 100°C.
- Insist for 3–4 minutes.
- Can be brewed 2–3 times.
